SSC GD Physical Test Dates 2025 Soon
SSC GD Phyiscal Test Dates 2025: The Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) will soon be conducting the SSC GD Physical Test 2025. As of now, no dates have been announced, however, with the release of the SSC GD result for CBE, it can be expected that the PET/PST dates will be released soon at the official website: rect.crpf.gov.in. As per the CBE result, over 3.94 candidates have been shortlisted for the SSC GD physical test.
The Staff Selection Commission conducts SSC GD Constable recruitment to fill a total of 53,690 vacancies in three stages, including a Computer-Based Exam (CBE), Physical Efficiency Test (PET)/ Physical Standard Test (PST), and Detailed Medical Exam/ Document Verification (DME/DV).
SSC GD 2025 PET Running Time Details
As per the official notification, the SSC GD Physical Efficiency Test (PET) requires candidates to perform a race within the given running time limits. Candidates can check the table to know the SSC GD running time details for males and females:

Along with PET, the SSC GD Physical Standard Test (PST) is also conducted to test whether the shortlisted candidates meet the required physical requirements: chest, weight, and height. The SSC GD physical requirements for height, weight, and chest are different for male and female candidates. They also have to fulfil the SSC GD physical eligibility 2025 in terms of height and weight.

Yes, there will be the SSC GD Constable exam in 2026. The Commission has notified the tentative dates for the conduct of the Constable (GD) in CAPFs, SSF and Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles and Sepoy in Narcotics Control Bureau Examination, 2026. The SSC GD Constable 2026 recruitment exam will be held in January-February 2026. The SSC GD 2026 notification will be released in October 2025.
