SSC MTS 2024 Application Last Date Extended
SSC MTS 2024: The Staff Selection Commission has extended the last date to apply for SSC MTS Halvaldar. The last date to apply for SSC MTS Havaldar 2024 exam is August 3, 2024. Candidates who have passed class 10th or any equivalent exam can apply for SSC MTS 2024 online at the official website: ssc.gov.in. They must submit the SSC MTS application form by the specified deadline, as no further extension will be provided to them.
This year, SSC has released a total of 8,326 vacancies including 4,887 MTS and 3,439 Havaldar in the official notification PDF. Earlier, the SSC MTS notification for 2023 included 1,762 vacancies. Also, there were 7,301 vacancies in 2022, 3,972 in 2020, and 9,018 in 2019.
How to apply online for SSC MTS 2024?
SSC MTS apply online 2024 steps have been provided below. Candidates must note that SSC MTS application form can be filled in two part: registration process and filling out the online form. They can go through the steps given to know how to complete the SSC MTS application form 2024 online:
Step 1: Go to the official website: ssc.gov.in
Step 2: Click on the apply tab and then select the SSC MTS option, on the homepage
Step 3: Read all the instructions and complete the SSC MTS registration process
Step 4: Enter all the asked details like name, father’s name, gender, mobile number, email ID, etc. and submit it
Step 5: The SSC MTS registration ID and password will be sent to the candidate's registered email ID and mobile number
Step 6: Upload the scanned documents and pay the SSC MTS application fee
Step 7: After the final submission of the SSC MTS application form take a printout too

SSC MTS 2023 application and notification was released on June 30. The Commission reduced the number of days to fill out the applications. The last date to apply for the SSC MTS 2023 exam is July 21. SSC MTS 2023 application correction facility will be available on July 26 to 28 with the payment of certain application correction fee.
The Staff Selection Commission released 1,558 vacancies for the exam. The SSC MTS 2023 exam will be conducted from September 1 to 29. The Staff Selection Commission was expected to release the SSC MTS 2023 notification on June 14 but it was not released. SSC released a notice on June 28 mentioning the new notification date. The Commission also released a separation SSC MTS vacancy list under the candidates' corner at the official website - ssc.nic.in.
The last date to apply online for the exam was August 3, 2024. The SSC MTS 2024 notification was released online on June 27, 2024. The Commission activated the SSC MTS Havaldar 2024 application link with the release of the official notification.

The Commission activated the SSC MTS 2024 apply online link with the release of official notification. The last date to apply for the SSC MTS 2024 exam was extended by the Commission and the last date to apply online for the SSC MTS 2024 is August 3 now. The Staff Selection Commission will also provide the facility for SSC MTS 2024 application correction on August 16 and 17.
The Staff Selection Commission also increased the SSC MTS vacancies from 8,326 to 9,593 vacancies. The SSC MTS 2024 exam is expected to be conducted in October/November 2024.
