SSC Stenographer Exam 2025 Begins Tomorrow

Staff Selection Commission will be conducting SSC Stenographer Grade C and D exam from tomorrow August 6, 2025. SSC Steno computer based test is scheduled to be held across four shifts each day from August 6 to 8 at various exam centres. Candidates are advised to report to their respective centres at least one hour before their allotted shift as entry will not be permitted once gates are closed. Aspirants appearing for SSC Stenographer tier 1 exam should familiarise themselves with exam day guidelines and instructions.

SSC Stenographer Exam 2025 Reporting and Timings

Candidates must follow exam reporting time

  • Reach SSC Stenographer exam centre at least 60 to 90 minutes before reporting time.
  • Late arrivals may not be allowed entry.

Documents to Carry for SSC Stenographer Exam 2025

They must carrry these items while appearing for SSC Stenographer

  • Printed SSC Steno admit card
  • Aadhaar Card or PAN Card or Passport or Driving Licence or Voter ID
  • Passport size photographs same as uploaded in application form
  • Transparent water bottle, blue/black ballpoint pen if permitted

SSC Stenographer Exam 2025 Dress Code and Allowed Items

Candidates must keep in mind these points:

  • Wear simple, comfortable clothing without too many pockets or accessories.
  • Electronic gadgets are strictly prohibited.
  • Avoid carrying bags; only transparent pouches for stationery and documents may be allowed.
  • Candidates with metallic implants should inform authorities in advance to avoid issues during frisking.
