BHU invites applications for Teach for BHU Fellowship-2024

The last date to apply for the Subject Specific Special Drive Call for TFB (Teach for BHU) Fellowship-2024 is February 25, 2024.

BHU has invited applications for Subject Specific Special Drive Call for TFB (Teach for BHU) Fellowship-2024. TFB is applicable for the bonafide Indian research scholars of Banaras Hindu University only. Applications for TFB will be invited twice a year at the interval of 6 months. However, a subject specific special drive call for TFB Fellowship in the following subject areas (in response to the demand received from the concerned Departments/Centres/Colleges etc. for fulfilling their immediate requirement for TFB Fellows) are invited from the scholars who have completed their work with effect from September 1, 2023, and onwards up to February 24, 2024. The application deadline for Teach for BHU Fellowship 2024 is February 25, 2024.

The interview for the shortlisted Candidates will be tentatively conducted between February 27 to February 28, 2024.

The subject areas for this Special Drive Call are Ancient Indian History & Culture; Bhojpuri; Botany; Computer Science; Dairy Science & Food Technology; Economics; French; Geography; Genetics & Plant Breeding; History; Home Science; Mathematics; Music (Vocal & Instrumental); Philosophy & Religion; Plant Physiology; Political Science; Radio Diagnosis & Imaging; Sociology; Statistics.

Applications incomplete in any respect will be not entertained and the candidate will forfeit any further claim for it, said the BHU official statement.

Physical verification of all original documents mentioned in the online received application (mark-sheets , certificates, undertaking) will be done by IoE-office for all those candidates in the final list ( c ). In case the candidate is not able to produce original certificates or is found to have given misinformation in the application endorsed by his research supervisor, his/her candidature will be cancelled and candidate will forfeit the claim for TFB, added the notification.
