IIT JAM Registration 2026 Live Updates: About Joint Admission Test for Masters
IIT Bombay is the Organising Institute for the JAM 2026 exam. The JAM 2026 entrance exam is being conducted by IIT Bombay, IISc Bengaluru and six IITs comprising IIT Delhi, IIT Guwahati, IIT Kanpur, IIT Kharagpur, IIT Madras, and IIT Roorkee. Candidates who qualify in JAM 2026 will be able to get admission to 3000 seats in various postgraduate programmes at IITs across India. A total of 89 postgraduate programmes are offered across 22 IITs for the academic year 2026-27.
JAM 2026 Examination will be conducted in eight zones.
