NEST 2024 Shift 1 started by the exam officials at 116 exam centres across the nation. NEST 2024 exam is being held for admissions to the integrated MSc programme offered by NISER and UM-DAE CEBS. The NEST 2024 entrance exam will be conducted in two sessions, and different sets of question papers will be used for each session. NEST 2024 exam shift 1 started at 9 am and will be concluded by 12:30 pm. The exam is being conducted for candidates who wish to get enrolled in the integrated MSc programmes in Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics subjects at NISER and UM- DA CEBS. The NEST 2024 entrance exam will be conducted in two sessions, and different sets of question papers will be used for each session. The percentile score of NESTΒ will be calculated based on the relative performance of all the qualified candidates in the respective session.

NISER and CEBS haven't specified any dress codeΒ for the NEST 2024 entrance examination. Candidates can wear any sort of attire they want. But it advised that theΒ male candidatesΒ should wear light-coloured half-sleeve shirts or t-shirts with trousers, whileΒ female candidates need to wear light-coloured half-sleeve shirts and trousers.

NEST 2024 exam will be conducted in online mode for 210 minutes. The NEST 2024 exam pattern Β describes that there will be 68 MCQ (multiple choice questions) of 200 marks. There will be -1 negative marking in the examination. Questions will be asked from theΒ NEST syllabus 2024 Β specified by the exam officials.Β

NEST 2024 Answer Keys will be released tentatively in the first week of July by the National Institute of Science Education and Research (NISER), Bhubaneswar. TheΒ answer key of NEST 2024Β will be released in online mode for all the subjects separately.Β Β 

After the conclusion of the exam, the authorities will first release the provisional answer key for both shifts. Candidates are advised to visit the official website and download theΒ NEST 2024 Question papersΒ and their respective answer keys. The online objection portal for raising the query or objection against the NEST 2024 answer keys will be opened for a week around.
