The CUET UG Result 2025 will be released today (July 04, 2025) at the official Common University Entrance Test (UG) website, cuet.nta.nic.in. The National Testing Agency announced the CUET UG result date 2025 on July 02, 2025, at its official X handle. Candidates who appeared for the CUET UG 2025 exams between May 13 and June 04, 2025, can soon download their CUET UG 2025 Scorecard PDF and know their subject-wise NTA CUET scores.

As NTA has not announced the exact time for the release of CUET UG 2025 results, candidates are getting tired of refreshing the official NTA CUET UG website. Instead of stressing out and being on their toes every second, CUET applicants can easily calculate their CUET UG scores 2025 using the official CUET final answer key, released by NTA on July 01, 2025.

How to Check NTA CUET Score 2025 Now?

Candidates can calculate their CUET UG scores now using the CUET Subject Answer Key, before the release of the CUET result. Follow these steps to calculate the CUET score 2025:

Step 1: Visit the official NTA website: cuet.nta.nic.in.

Step 2: Click on ‘Final Answer Keys for CUET(UG)-2025 Examination’ under Public Notice.

Step 3: The screen will display the CUET Final Answer Key 2025 PDF.

Step 4: Search for the UG subject appeared according to the exam date and shift.

Step 5: Compare the provided ‘Answer Key’ for each Question ID against the subject response sheet.

Step 6: Calculate scores based on the CUET 2025 marking scheme.

Step 7: You have your final score before the release of the CUET Scorecard.

CUET UG 2025 Marking Scheme

NTA dropped 27 questions and announced multiple correct answers for 75 questions in the final answer key. Based on the revised key and following marking scheme, candidates can calculate their scores:

  • +5 marks for correct answer
  • -1 for incorrect answer
  • 0 for unanswered questions
  • +5 marks in case of multiple correct options, only if one of the correct answers is marked.
  • +5 marks for dropped questions

Q:   I have filled in for 3 domain subjects in CUET. How will it affect my result if I only attempt 2 of it?
A:

While filling the CUET application form, candidates are advised to carefully mark the subjects from languages, domain subjects and general test. Candidates must check the institute wise subject requirement for the course candidate wishes to apply for. If the candidate has applied for four CUET domain subjects and appears for three subjects, it may affect the overall percentile of the candidate. However, if the domain subjects for which the student has appeared, qualify as per the institute’s course requirement, they will be eligible for admission process.

Q:   What is CUET result date?
A:

NTA will announce the CUET result 2026 tentatively in first week of July. CUET UG result 2026 will be announced at cuet.nta.nic.in online. Candidates who will appear for the exam can check their scores online. Students will be required to enter their login credentials to view the CUET scorecard 2026. NTA will mention the applicant's details and subject-wise score for CUET 2026. The scores will be sent to the universities for which candidates have applied soon after the declaration of results. Candidates must note that the role of NTA ends soon after the declaration of CUET results 2026.
