The University of Aberdeen has received the Letter of Approval (LoA) from the University Grants Commission (UGC) for the September 2026 intake. This marks a significant milestone in establishing its Indian campus and paving the way for the commencement of academic operations in Mumbai.

The approval is provided for the University to commence student enrolment and admissions for its September 2026 intake. The University of Aberdeen is one of the world's oldest universities, known for its excellence in education, research and innovation.
