AIIMS B.Sc. (H) Para-medical 2012 scheduled for June 3

All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) will be conducting entrance tests for admission to B.Sc. (Hon) Para-Medical, Nursing and Post Certificate course. AIIMS B.Sc. (Hons) Para-Medical 2012 Exam has been scheduled for June 3, 2012 (Sunday).

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must have passed 12th class under 10+2 system or equivalent exam with Physics, Chemistry, English, Biology or Mathematics with minimum 50% aggregate marks for General/OBC candidates (45% for SC/ST candidates).

Minimum Age: Candidates should have attained 17 years of age as on 31st December 2012.

Eligibility criteria for other courses

Exam pattern and syllabus for B.Sc. Para-Medical

• The duration of the exam will be 2 hours
• The paper comprises 4 sections of multiple choice questions
• The four sections are Physics (30 marks), Chemistry (30 marks), Biology (30 marks) and General Knowledge (10 marks)
• One mark will be awarded for each correct answer while 1/3 mark will be deducted for each incorrect answer.

If a question is marked with multiple answers, it will be taken as a wrong answer and marks will be deducted for it.
