CAPF (AC) 2021 Detailed Application Form (DAF) was released by Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) on October 21. CAPF (AC) 2021 DAF will be available on the official website of UPSC till November 3. The candidates need to fill the DAF online only. Candidates are required to fill the DAF online only and attach the list of documents with the DAF before the last date. The Physical and Medical examination will be conducted by Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP).
Document required to attach with CAPF (AC) 2021 DAF
Candidates are required to scan the following documents in under 200 dpi and convert each of them to a pdf. The size of the pdf should be less than 1 MB. The list of documents required to be scanned are:
- Certificate of age (Matriculation Mark sheet)
- Certificates showing his/her educational qualification prescribed in para 3(IV) of the Notice of the Examination uploaded on the website of Commission and Rule 6 of the Rules of Examination published in the Gazette of India dated April 15, 2021.
- Certificate to support the claim for Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes/Other Backward Classes/ Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) (wherever applicable).
- Copy of Undertaking duly signed by the candidate seeking relaxation as OBC candidate to support the claim of not belonging to the creamy layer, to be given in format as mentioned in para B-1 of Appendix I.
- Copy of duly filled in and signed proforma given as Annexure to Detailed Application Form by the Candidate seeking relaxation as OBC candidate.
- Certificate to support the claim of age concession, wherever applicable.
- Copy of Discharge Certificate if claiming to be an Ex-serviceman.
- Copy of the Undertaking duly signed by the candidate if already in Government Service.
- A duly filled in and signed proforma given as EWS Annexure to Detailed Application Form by the candidate seeking reservation as EWS candidate.
These documents will be required in original at the time of UPSC CAPF (AC) 2021 interview.

How to fill CAPF (AC) 2021 DAF Online?
The candidates can fill the CAPF 2021 DAF online in the manner given below:
- Visit the official website of UPSC-upsc.gov.in
- Go to the ‘What’s New’ section given on the right-hand side of the home page
- Click on the CAPF (AC) DAF link
- A new page will appear providing the link to the CAPF (AC) 2021 DAF
- Click on the link given above, the login window will appear asking for the roll number and password
- Fill in the required details as asked in the CAPF (AC) DAF 2021
- Attach the required documents with the DAF and submit the DAF online.
CAPF (AC) 2021 exam (written) was conducted on August 8 across the nation in offline mode. The result was declared on October 13.
