Can I participate in MAH BCA CET counselling if Im from outside Maharashtra?

Yes, "Other Than Maharashtra" (OMS) candidates can apply. However, most seats are reserved for Maharashtra State (MS) candidates, and OMS candidates are usually considered based on their MAH BCA CET or equivalent national-level marks.
