Some universities conduct entrance exams too for selection of candidates for this course. B.Com Honours admission process starts in India from April-May after the declaration of Class 12th results.

Yes, you are eligible, not only commerce students instead if you are from any stream then also you are eligible for admission to BCA, even if you're from a non-mathematical background.
