Yes, you can either apply online or you can visit various colleges which have B.Com facility though the academic year 2022-23 has been started you can check admission availability in your surrounding colleges or you can go via online portal for more admission knowledge.

You have to visit it to your college through which you have completed your graduation or you have to check through digi locker where you can download all the Certificate from SSC till graduation of yours which are been provided by the government/university /state board.
