If you are looking for a college in Delhi and Noida offering B.Com (Hons) in a low fee then you can refer DU colleges. Here admission to most DU B.Com (Hons) programs is based on CUET scores and the range of fees lies between INR 8000 to 30000 per year.
Other options then DU are as follows:

Yes you can do B.Stat at ISI given that you have completed 10+2 or any equivalent level of education with mathematics and english as your subject. You can have any combination of subjects with these whether Science commerce anything. But these two are compulsory.

According to the NIRF report 2025, in the session 2023-24, there were 355 students who got placed after graduating from 3 year UG courses at Kurukshetra University.
