No, Arts or Commerce students cannot apply for the BPT course. BPT requires candidates to have studied Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (PCB) in 12th grade, as it is a healthcare-focused program. Since physiotherapy involves human anatomy, biomechanics, and rehabilitation sciences, a Science background is necessary.

Students from non-science streams must first complete the required subjects through bridge courses or switch to a relevant qualification.

To get admission to the M.Com programme at YCMOU, you must have a full Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), BBA, BMS, or BBM.

Since you have an ATKT in one subject in your second year, you might need to clear it before applying. Usually, universities require students to pass all subjects before starting a master's degree.

It's best to check with YCMOU directly to confirm if they allow admission with an ATKT or if you need to clear it first. You can find their contact details on their official website.
