Yes, a candidate can join BCom course at Rukmini Devi Institute of Advanced Studies without CUET. They can appear for the CET exam to take admission in BCom course at the institute. However, if there are vacant seats after the merit list has been released for CET exam, candidates can get admission in BCom course through CUET.

Yes, an Art student can be eligible for a B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce). Even with the lower marks in the 12th grade. Depending upon the specific college or university's admission criteria.
While some institutes are preferred strong background of Commerce and high scores in the relevant subjects like English and Mathematics. There are many institutions prefer students from all streams, including Arts, if they have minimum eligibility requirements.

The selection process for the BCom programme at Jagannath University, Haryana for the 2025 session is merit-based. It selects candidates on the basis of performance in the Class 12 or equivalent qualifying examination.
