From what I know, colleges in DU are the most affordable. In 2019, the mist expensive DU colleges were SRCC and St. Stephen's which costed around 30k per year. Hindu and Hansraj were around half of that. So yes you can consider Delhi University if you are considering affordable and reputed colleges.

B.Com is a great way of enhancing your career and building yourself. To get direct admission in a college, typically you need to meet specific academic requirements, like having a high aggregate in your 12th grade (or equivalent). Some colleges also offers direct admission based on CUET scores and in some cases you maybe  eligible for a direct admission without an entrance exam.
