To be eligible for the BCom programme offered at Siva Sivani Degree College Hyderabad (SSDCH), students must have passed Class 10 and Class 12 from a recognised board. No, Mathematics is not compulsory for admission to the BCom (Hons.) course at Dr C.V. Raman University. The eligibility requirements that are necessary for a BCom course are that candidates must complete their Class 12 from any recognised board of Education from any stream. Additionally, the university takes admissions on the basis of candidates' achieved scores in their Class 12/ CUET-UG.

The admission process for the BCom course at AISECT University Hazaribagh and DVRU Bihar is almost similar, in which candidates are required to complete their Class 12 from the recognised board of education. Moreover, the selection process is based on merit in both universities. However, DVRU Bihar also accepts CUET UG scores for admissions to BCom courses.
