Sarala Birla University BCom (Hons) is structured in accordance with the UGC guidelines. BCom (Hons) at the university is a full-time undergraduate programme of three years. The course is divided into six semesters. In each semester, students have to study core and elective subjects related to their chosen specialisation. At the end of each semester, students have to appear for semester-wise exams. The curriculum is based on Choice Based Credit System (CBCS). The topics included in the curriculum provide in-depth knowledge of Business & Corporate Laws, Management, Accounting Practices, etc.

No, Sarala Birla University (SBU) does not conduct any entrance exam to admit students to its BCom (Hons) programme. The university provides BCom admission to eligible applicants based on their merit in Class 12. To be eligible for admission, applicants must have passed Class 12 in the stream of Commerce from a recognised board in India. They must have scored a minimum of 45% (40% for SC/ST candidates) in Class 12. They must also submit the necessary documents supporting their eligibility at admission.

Sarala Birla University MBA eligibility criteria is given below:
- Candidates must have passed Class 12 in the stream of Commerce from a recognised board in India.
- They must have scored a minimum of 45% in Class 12.
- A relaxation of 5% in the minimum marks is given to candidates belonging to ST/SC category.
