SD college chandigarh provides two degrees for B.com one is regular degree and the other is hons degree . 

For taking admission in B.com(General) and B.com (hons)  there are 350 seats and eligibility is 10+2 qualified and merit is determined by marks percentage in qualifying examination and total score of 2 subjects as per the subjects listed by PU not exceeding 8

The SRHU BCom tuition fee is the same for each semester. However, certain one-time fees are payable along with the first-semester tuition fee for BCom at SRHU Dehradun. Hence, the first-semester BCom fee is more than the fees payable in other semesters. Candidates willing to take admission to the BCom programme of SRHU are not required to take any entrance exam. The university's BCom admission is merit-based. The university releases a merit list based on the applicant's merit in the qualifying exam. Candidates just need to ensure that they meet the eligibility ciriteria specified by the university and submit an online application before the stipluated deadline. Shortlisted applicants will be given personal counselling by the admission committee before the final admission.
