Absolutely, if you've completed your B.Com and have a deep interest in understanding human behavior and mental wellness, you can pursue an M.A. in Psychology. Many universities such as IGNOU, Amity University, and Delhi University accept students from diverse undergraduate backgrounds including commerce. Some universities may require you to complete a bridge course or pass an entrance exam to ensure you're ready for core psychology subjects. It's a great option if you wish to move into counseling, therapy, HR, or research. Strong communication skills, empathy, and curiosity will definitely help you succeed in this transition.

To pursue CA after your 3? year B.Com, register for the CA Foundation or Intermediate stream with ICAI. If you have a pass in Class XII, you may start with the Foundation course, but with graduation completed, you're eligible to directly register under the CA Intermediate route, skipping Foundation. After enrolment, prepare for the Intermediate exams, begin your Articleship (3 years), and take the Advanced level exam and Ethics module. Meanwhile, pursue practice papers, mock coaching, and group studies to build competence in audit, tax, finance and business law.

St. Joseph's University in Bangalore offers B.Com. admissions based on your Class 12 marks—no entrance exam is needed. The cutoffs can change every year depending on the number of applicants. But usually, for the general category, you need around 90% or above, while reserved categories might get in with around 75%. A short interaction or interview may also be part of the process, so apply early and stay updated on the website.
