Acca could be studied in both ways either you study after completing B.Com or can be done along with B.Com. But if you have choice you should study acca along with your B.Com. Only the thing is that you have to manage your time. Whole of acca course could be completed
within 2-3 years along with your B.Com. If
you pass your exams sincerely. So according to me doing acca along with B.Com is a good choice.

If you talk about only fees of college then it is 30,000 for year and your PG, daily expenses is excluded but if you are in the hostel then you have to pay the hostel fees which is 35000 per semester excluding food, electricity and water bill and approximately food, water and electricity bill for 3 months is 12000- 13000 and also if you want to bring your own water cooler in the months of summer you have to pay the extra 2000 amount (considering room are non AC ) so if we calculate total cost = 30000*3= 90000+70000*3=210000+12000*4= 48000 +2000 =350000 approximately.

The college offered only two courses which is B.Com (honours) and eco ( honours) at the underground level. The cut off was low in eco ( h) as compared to B.Com (h). Apart from these colleges also offer M.Com but this was not good as UG programme.
