The entry level for Chartered Accountancy Course is the CA Foundation course. CA Foundation has 4 papers out of which two are objective and two subjective. The CA Foundation exam is held twice a year - in June and December.

Yes you can do B. Ed through distance mode.
B.Ed is a comparitively lower grade degree as it is for undergraduation whereas M.Com (//M.Com) is a masters degree which you have already completed. YOu are very well eligible for B.Ed.
B.Ed course is 2 year course which you can pursue from any institute near you.
General eligibility criteria include:
The minimum qualification required for entry into B . Ed . course is Bachelor of Arts (B.A), Bachelor of Science ( B .Sc.) or Bachelor of Commerce ( B .Com.) form a recognised board/university with at least 50% marks.
However different uniersities have different eligibility criteria.

Failing in four subjects in B.Com 1st year is a serious setback, and it can have an impact on your academic progress. However, whether you can save your entire year or not depends on the rules and regulations of your university. There is no upper age limit set for doing B.Tech in engineering colleges as such but the older you are, the more difficult it gets. The reason being firstly you have to have a good reason for the gap years between the class 12 and your B.Tech unless doing some other degree or Diploma course. Secondly your peers would be younger than you and thus can be given more priority over you for placement. So think accordingly.
