Hello, you will have to clear those arrears, and you can apply with 2 history of arrears, but you should have a minimum 60% in your UG, X, and XII. The cut-off for MAT is 80 percentile. All the very best. Hope this answer helps.

Yes, it is the better option because your B.Com will also get you good job and it is not difficult to clear the foundation and within the college days you can make an attempt to inter level which will get you some experience.
