As you have completed your class 12th with commerce stream you should prefer further commerce courses. But if you want to fulfill your dreams then you should go for it
I think the answer would differ from people to people. But most importantly you should decide what interests you more. B.Com is like an academic degree after which you have various career options I. e for Masters. B.Com would ACT like a base in your commerce field. And yes you will have to study

Yes, it is possible for students to migrate from DU regular to DU SOL but it depends on the college you are in. There are many factors, whether your college allows migration or not, the subject you want might not be available.

You need to clear some examinations to get the CFP certification. There are 2 pathways to become a CFP Challenge and Regular. A Regular candidate must be a 10th or 12th pass at the time of application. While a Challenge candidate must be a CA / Intermediate level, CFA (US), CAIIB, CS LL.B. Ph.D. M. So yes you can sir.

Hi, Bachelor of Computer Applications BCA is 3 Year Under Graduate Course offered by Many Colleges in India and is best suited for students who want to go in IT Field. So Yes, after your 12th commerce, you can go for BCA. Eligibility for BCA in most of the top universities is pass with 50% aggregate marks in 10+2 (it may vary if on university)
