There is Acharya Institute of Technology which offers MBA under VTU, whereas, Acharya Bangalore Business School offers MBA under Bangalore University.

Acharya School of Management is pretty decent for PGDM. If you could be more specific about the specialization, then I could tell you about the quality of program in the institution. But overall, it is a very good institute and the placements are excellent.

Hi,
Degree is enough for getting a Govt. job likewise if you do PGDM there is no issue.
Post Graduate Diploma in Management is approved by AICTE since 1994. It is at par with MBA in terms of Course Design & Content. However, technically PGDM & MBA are two different programs, MBA is offered by a University and PGDM is offered by Non-University Institutes. It depends on Individual Universities to consider the PGDM equivalence to MBA. Like Aligarh Muslim University considers the AIMA-PGDM equivalent to MBA.
