ACT exam centres are located across 15 cities of India and each city has atleast two test centres available for the exam. Applicants have the option to choose any one ACT exam centre in any one of the Indian cities only. The ACT exam dates may vary hence, availabilty of seats at the chosen exam centre may also vary, hence, applicants should be prompt when and where they wish to appear for the ACT exam.

Yes, you can take ACT, no reason why you can't. First however check the admission requirements, check if ACT is required or not. It's basically required to study in USA.
