Definitely Yes, you can apply for Msc in Microbiology after BMLT.
For better job opportunites i would suggest you to pursue 3 years MSc in Medical Microbiology as it has self empolyement opportunities as well.
But you may have to fall under some eligibility requirements that is:
1) A bechelor's degree in a relevant subject such as microbiology and biology.
2) You must have a minimum marks of 55% in your BMLT

Yes, you need to. To be eligible for admission to BTech course at Adamas University, the candidate has to score a minimum of 45% aggregate in class 12 in a relevant stream from any recognised board. Eligible students will have to appear for either the WBJEE or the Adamas AUAT exam and score valid marks to be eligible for the course. Although direct admission under the management quota is also possible. But, having a valid score in the entrance exam increases your chances of getting admitted to the course.
