The average placement package offered to MBA graduates at Aliah University is INR 3.5 LPA. On the other hand, the average placement package offered to MBA graduates at Adamas University is INR 4.5 lakh. Therefore, Adamas University offers the highest average placement package to MBA graduates compared to Aliah University. Note: Aliah University only offers an integrated BBA+MBA course, not an MBA as a standalone course.

Definitely Yes, you can apply for Msc in Microbiology after BMLT.
For better job opportunites i would suggest you to pursue 3 years MSc in Medical Microbiology as it has self empolyement opportunities as well.
But you may have to fall under some eligibility requirements that is:
1) A bechelor's degree in a relevant subject such as microbiology and biology.
2) You must have a minimum marks of 55% in your BMLT
