The placement is very good. Students are placed in leading hospitals such as AIIMS Delhi, AIIMS Bathinda, and Aadesh Medical University. The students have been hired as management trainees in some of the leading organisations. Placement is 100 percent. All MBBS students are placed in top-tier professional hospitals in India. The internship is done at Adesh University itself only and can cost 6,000–7,000 rupees per month. The lowest and the highest packages offered were INR 1.05 LPA and INR 5 LPA, respectively. The cutoff schedule for Adesh University in 2023 is as follows:

The round 2 choice-filling process for MBBS admission began on August 17, 2023, and ended on August 21, 2031.
The provisional round 2 results were scheduled to be released on August 25, 2031.
The final results were released on August 28, 2023.
