Aerospace Engineering Placement

Hello,
This university in Bhubaneswar has a very vibrant and good placements cell. Due to this it is able to bring in lots of companies to the campus and as a result it claims 100% placements for those who wanted the job. I am attaching a link that will give you the statistics of KIIT about their placement activities. However the University has not given branch wise placements for whatever reasons. In spite of this I can say with certainty that placements for aerospace engineering are very hard to come by. However this is expected to improve with years to come as India progress on economic and industrialization front. Best wishes to you.

Hello Chaitanya, placements for aerospace or aeronautical engineers is a bit troublesome in India. This is so because the opportunities for employment in the core field are really less. Perhaps only ISRO or DRDO are two agencies which employ experts from these fields. Hence you should be knowing this when you join this engineering branch. From the studies it is revealed that majority of the students of this branch go for either MBA or for post graduation abroad. Jain University has a good name academically as well as they have a good placement cell. This university makes a lot efforts to see to it that majority of students are placed but then their efforts will be subject to the market trend and availability of vacancies of this specialist branch.
