IIT Mumbai is one of the oldest Institute of India. It's also known for good faculty in Aeronautical Engineering branch. I feel you should try to get admission here.

Hello Arshad,
It is totally up to you if you want to take a second drop, you can. But then you will have to work harder than the first two times and make sure that you won't end up getting same marks again. In my opinion, most of the aspirants who take a drop more than once are bound to improve their scores the reason being that they already the concepts in the back of their minds, what they need to do is immense practice. Remember one thing the choice is yours. All the best!
