Hi
Just mark IISC, IISER and ISRO as your favourites in google search and you will get the way to your dreams. They do run some programmes for school students which you can participate in. Even NASA also hv great activities for students so check them too. Coming to your studies, mechanical, computer science engg is what you need to look at. If not engg, bsc+msc +Phd is the way.

Yes, mechanical students hold eligibility to pursue M.tech in Aerospace Engineering. Some of the reputed colleges to pursue this course include :
IIT Guwahati
Indian institute of Aeronautics in Patna,
IIT Mumbai VSM Aerospace Academy of Aerospace and Engineering Indian institute of Aviation Technology UPES Dehradun You can target these as per your preferred location. Admission & Eligibility criteria you can check on websites of respective institutes. Good luck :)
