As per the eligibility criteria of AFCAT, The candidate should have passed 3 or 4 years of Bachelor degree with minimum 60% of marks from a recognised University. So 2nd year B.Tech students are not eligible for AFCAT exam.

AFCAT Eligibility Criteria 2020. Age limit: The age limits prescribed for the exam are different for different branches. Candidates should be between 20 to 24 years. The upper age limit for candidates having Commercial Pilot License is relaxed upto 26 years.

AFCAT Application Form 2020 was available from December 1, 2019. Indian citizens, having minimum 60% marks in graduation and 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects are eligible to apply for the exam.
