Hello,
Your marks are too low and it creates problems for your higher studies abroad. First thing that you can do is repeat your class 12th if possible and if you dream is to study abroad then I suggest you to first complete your UG from India and after this, you can pursue PG abroad.

Its better to complete 10+2 before getting into Agriculture Research field. A good academic profile will definitely enhance your chances of getting into research field in Agriculture. After 12th you can get into Agriculture Engineering course for graduation, you can go for Masters in respective field.

Yes, you can. You must contact the university/department for Ph.D or integrated Ph.D which will include both the masters and the research degree. Here are few links from the university which might assist you regarding scholarships. The university offers a number of scholarship to master's degree students on merit- basis. Full funding in Ph.D is difficult in UK yet check the links and contact the university.
