B.Sc Agriculture has vast scope in government and private sectors both. Agriculture officers in banks, IFS, NABARD, etc., are some areas in government jobs that require agriculture graduates only. Private companies that produce seeds, fertilizer, etc., also demand B.Sc Agriculture graduates.

Hi Abhay, Candidates who have completed B.Sc degree in the stream of Agriculture, Agro-Forestry, Horticulture, Sericulture, Forestry, Agricultural Marketing or an equivalent degree from a recognised board are eligible for Master of Science [M.Sc.] (Agricultural) course. PUSA Delhi is the best institute for Agriculture. You will get a seat, if you score well in ICAR (UG) entrance, above 550 mark out of 720. Then, you will get a seat in PUSA.

You can apply for Civil Service. And, you may go for M.Sc in agriculture through ICAR entrances.
