No one can judge which field is better among medical or agriculture, unless and until in which field you are interested.
Since, you asked a question, our pleasure is to answer you.
Among both the field medical is far better than agriculture. Medical has brighter scope and also hand some pay scale. Agriculture is too better option but has less scope when it comes with that of medical field.

Please know your interests and future plans and decide. If you are not planning to give any engineering entrance exams you can pursue B.Sc in an area of your choice.
