Congrats on your cut-off, but sorry to say you won't get any government engineering colleges for this cut-off.But still you will get good private engineering colleges. It will be easy to give you a list of colleges if you say the district you are preferring to learn.

But here I give you some of best college for you after scoring a cutoff of 159 in BC community as given below -

Yes, you can get the admission into it but unfortunately, you will not get admission into government college into management quota.

You can prepare for the examination by studying mainly biology subject which includes mainly agriculture-related questions. Few questions are from general knowledge section as well. Most questions are of objective type.

The answer is may be or may be not  as every university have different criteria for admission in M.Sc in botany. University usually prefer Bsc botany graduate for M.Sc botany but if any seat left vacant they can consider student of different branch as well .
