The curriculum of Bachelor's in Science and Bachelor's in Technology is totally different specially in complex subjects like Biotech. Hence, you cannot pursue M.Tech after B.Sc. To pursue M.Tech in Environmental Engineering or Biotechnology Engineering the candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/ Technology or B.Tech Biotechnology or M.Sc. Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry or any other branch of life sciences with a minimum of 50% marks.

Ethiraj College for Women doesn't offer B.Sc. Agriculture instead it has other related courses like B.Sc. In Plant Biology and Plant Biotechnology.
