Ahmedabad University follows a strict attendance policy. If a student's attendance in any course falls below 80% then the grade in that course may also fall. There is one grade drop for every shortfall of 15% below 80% attendance. If by any chance, the attendance of the student falls below 50% then the student will get an 'F' or 'NP' Grade and will have to repeat the entire course, if needed.
