No, AIHM Ahmedabad accepts online applications for the admission to PGDM programme at the institute. Candidates must also meet the eligibility requirements set by the institute. Candidates must have also appeared for any of the national level management entrance test. For the candidates who have not appeared for any of these entrance test, can apply and appear for the AIHM Entrance Test, conducted by AIHM Ahmedabad.

Yes, AIHM Ahmedabad is a premium institute for studying PGDM programmes. The institute offers AICTE-approved PGDM programmes. It is a modern B-School offering modern facilities for the students. The programmes are also offered with an industry-driven curriculum and many new activities, such as four different internships, a global immersion programme, etc.

Institute of Hotel Management Shimla is better for B Sc. than AIHM Institute of Tourism and Hotel Management. To give students more options for their career, IHM offers a B.Sc. in Hospitality and Hotel Administration in addition to regular B.Sc. programmes like Physics and Chemistry. Yes, Institute of Hotel Management (IHM), Shimla is infact better than AIHM Institute of Tourism and Hotel Management, Shimla. The IHM is run by the government, and government recognised certifications are more valued in India. The education and curriculum are similar for both the IHM and AIHM. But the fee structure for the IHM is less compared to that of AIHM. There is a drastic difference between the two. This is because government institutions offer courses at lower fees and private institutions at higher amounts. The placements for IHM are also good. It has a 100% placement rate in 2023. No, the Institute of Hotel Management, shimla has better placements than AIHM Institute of tourism and Hotel Management. The placements in AIHM Institute seem to be dependent completely on the capabilities of the Students. As per the latest report of 2023, Institute of Hotel Management, shimla the highest salary package offered to the students was 35,000 per month. The average package is 15 to 20 thousand per month and the lowest package is 8 to 9 thousand per month.
