To be honest, AIIMS Jodhpur and AIIMS Bhopal are both excellent MBBS schools. Although the campus in Jodhpur is slightly larger, Bhopal has a higher patient volume, which is excellent for practical experience. Both offer fantastic research possibilities and faculty. Jodhpur and Bhopal are ranked 16th and 24th, respectively, in the NIRF 2022 rankings. It all comes down to what is most important to you. Both are excellent medical schools.

The hostel rooms are mostly allotted to shared rooms for students in the first year. Single rooms wouldn't usually be from the first year itself. Mostly, first-year students will have to share rooms in the hostel as no single room will be allotted before the first year. Allotment of a single room will take place at later years based on availability and most probably other factors such as seniority or other grounds.
