The course fee for B.Sc. Nursing (Hons) at AIIMS Nagpur is INR 3,100 per year. To be eligible for admission, candidates must have completed their 10+2 with a minimum of 50% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (PCB) for general category students, and 45% for SC/ST candidates. The candidate must also be at least 17 years old by December 31 of the year of admission. Admission is based on performance in the AIIMS Nursing Entrance Exam.

Admission to AIIMS is based on the NEET Exam. The steps for seeking admission are as follows:
- Apply for NEET UG.
- Check the result for NEET UG.
- Apply for Counselling.
- In the form fill out the preference.
- In the form fill the AIMS Nagpur as the Preference.
Then, candidates are allowed with the seats based on NEET Score, college choice, and Category.
- Apply for Document Verification.
- After, document verification submit the fees.

Yes, it is quite hard to get admission to AIMS as the cutoff is very high for securing a seat in AIMS. The score should be around 700 out of 720 to secure admission to AIMS. The admission criteria are strictly based on the score of the NEET exam. The Institute is also ranked as the Institute of National Importance. The candidates after giving the NEET Exam need to check the merit list of the college and after clearing the exam the candidates are required to pay the counselling fees and then they are eligible for counselling. After, the counseling rounds candidates can secure their seats by paying the fees.
