The answer will be both yes and no. Candidates can enrol at AIIMS Nagpur with out NEET for various courses such as BSc, MSc, MD etc. Admission to all these courses is either subject to an institute-specific entrance exam or INICET.
However, if the ultimate objective is to crack AIIMS New Delhi for MBBS, a student has to go through the NEET UG entrance exam followed by the counselling process. If the ranking and score obtained in the exam match with the minimum requirement of the institution, the student will get admission here for MBBS, otherwise not.

Yes, it is possible if someone doesn't want to apply in the existing cutoff round at AIIMS Nagpur; they can go for the next round. However, it is not allowed to hold any seat. If a candidate is targeting the next cutoff round, then he/she might have to bear the risk of losing his/her seat, as the vacant seats are eventually occupied by the remaining candidates in the given period. They might have to compete for the seats remaining after the existing cutoff round. During the AIIMS Nagpur cutoff 2025, the NEET UG closing ranks ranged between 862 and 1030 for the General AI category students.
