AIIMS Nursing Pattern

Negative marking is indeed present in the AIIMS Nursing 2024 exam. For each right answer, candidates will gain one mark; for each incorrect answer, they will lose one and a third of a mark. There are 100 questions on the BSc Nursing question paper, and 90 questions on the Post Basic BSc Nursing 2024 question paper. The official body responsible for establishing the exam pattern for the AIIMS BSc Nursing 2024 entrance exam is the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, located in Delhi. Eligibility Criteria to apply for AIIMS Nursing 2024 BSc Nursing Course.

For B.Sc: Those candidates who are interested in pursuing Nursing course from AIIMS must fulfil the eigibility criteria that is passed 12 exams with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English and have at least 55% overall; candidates from the SC/ST category should have at least 50% aggregate.

For B.Sc. (Post basic) nursing, candidates possessing a Diploma in GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) from any Indian Nursing Council recognised institution. However, candidates who have qualified for class 11 on or before 1986 can also apply. Candidates must have registered themselves as nurses or midwives with the State Nursing Council. In the case of male nurses, besides being registered nurses, they should have six months of training.

For B.Sc. Paramedical: Candidates should have passed the class or an equivalent exam from a recognised board/university with Physics, Chemistry, English, and biology or Math subjects. Candidates from the General/EWS/OBC category should have secured a minimum of 50 percent in aggregate in class 12, and SC/ST category candidates should have secured 45 percent in aggregate.
