Normally every city has a paramedical college and many graduates are coming out of those colleges. And in the same way many students are coming out of Universities (only universities not colleges). So many of them are unemployed because the outcome is more than the jobs. Therefore those who studied in government universities have the chance and are skilled to get jobs easily at government labs and as well as private. So, here if you've graduated from AIIMS, you'll be posted at army bases and you'll be paid well. Not only at army bases but also at army hospitals, army camps, etc.
