As per my knowledge and experience, if you want to join AIIMS, then yes, definitely, you cover all slips of NCERT thoroughly, then you are definitely become a successful candidate to qualify the AIIMS entrance exam. Dear, there is very little time. So, you have to prepare and do very hard work. So, start working as soon as possible to be a successful candidate.

Mock tests are only for evaluation for certain sections of your portion. This can never be the exact replica of the questions that you are going to be asked in NEET. So, take the mock evaluation for personal assessment only.

AIIMS exam has a bit higher level than NEET. Assertion- reason type questions are far more common in AIIMS than NEET. In addition to that, there is also a small component of general knowledge. This, added with lesser seats, leads to higher competition.

There are no restrictions to attend them but you know AIIMS will be tough as compared to NEET so think before you apply. ICAR will be same as NEET.
