NIELIT Ajmer offers certificate and UG Diploma courses. Students have an on-campus facility of labs and library. Students can go to the library to issue a book of their choice. The library is well-equipped with books of all subjects. The institute also has a hostel facility with round the clock security services. The hostel rooms are spacious and comfortable and the food of the mess is also healthy and tasty. As per the NIELIT Entrance exam grade marks, which is the entrance exams students need to appear for long term courses at NIELIT Ajmer, students must have at least scored 50% marks i.e within the grades S and D to pass the exams. NIELIT Ajmer offers certificate, Diploma and e-learning programmes.NIELIT Ajmer admission to short-term courses is based on the academic merit of the candidates. Admission to long-term courses is conducted through the NIELIT entrance exam. The results of the NIELIT 2024 O/A/B/C levels are published on the official website. According to the grade table, students must at least have 50% marks.

The list of courses offered at NIELIT Ajmer include certificate courses, UG Diploma courses and PG Diploma courses while NIELIT Chennai offers only PG Diploma and Certificate courses. Thus, making UG Diploma at NIELIT Ajmer better than NIELIT Chennai. NIELIT Ajmer courses across the UG Diploma level range from a duration of 350 to 1598 hours. Students must appear for and clear the NIELIT entrance exam for admission to UG Diploma courses at NIELIT Ajmer.The National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology Exam, or NIELIT Exam, is conducted at the national level by the institute itself as the exam conducting body. The NIELIT exam 2024 is conducted every year for admission to various undergraduate and postgraduate courses under the titles as Non-Formal Courses - O Level, A Level, B Level and C Level. The NIELIT exam is being held twice a year, probably in January and July.

There are no specific marks required for NIELIT Ajmer UG Diploma. The minimum eligibility criteria requires students to have cleared class 12th from a recognised board with at least passing marks in all the important subjects. Along with this, students must also appear for and clear the NIELIT entrance exam. Candidates can apply online through the student portal of NIELIT. Only students meeting the eligibility criteria can apply for admission by filling the online application form.
