To be eligible for MBA/PGDM at Al-Amin Institute of Management Studies, you need to graduate from university with at least 50% aggregate marks, and have qualifying scores in MBA entrance exams such as GMAT, KMAT, PGCET, ATMA. Al-Ameen Institute of Management Studies has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:

| BBA | Candidates who have completed Two years Pre University course of Karnataka State or its equivalent are eligible for admission into this course. |
| MBA/PGDM | Candidates must have passed Bachelor's degree of minimum of 3 years duration examination or equivalent and obtained an aggregate minimum of 50% marks (45% of marks in case of SC, ST and Category-I of Karnataka candidates). Final year students can also apply on provisional basis. |
