The training and placement office arranges the campus interviews by inviting almost all branches of related companies at Zakir Husain College of Engineering and Technology, Aligarh Muslim University. Almost 70 percent of the candidates got placed through AMU campus placements. The salary package offered by the AMU varies from 3.5 Lacs per annum to 6 Lacs Per Annum, and TCS and many companies visit here for placements. Hello,
Aligarh Muslim University is probably good in management. AMU is a better choice as it is a central university. Also, you get a better environment to prepare for competitions. Moreover, the packages are also good. Hope it helps.

Placements: The training and placement office of ZHCET, AMU interacts with various MNCs and other companies regarding the placements of students. Previous years' placement record is quite good. Last year, various companies like LNT, Wipro, TCS and many others visited our campus. The salary package varies from 6-13 LPA. There is an entrepreneurship development cell available in ZHCET, AMU, and it provides various internship facilities to students.

Placements in Electrical Department is good.Companies such as Seimens, Zia Semiconductors, TCS, etc visit the Campus for electrical Students Placements.Placements ranges around 3.5-4.5 Lac/annum.
You have to clear the AMUEEE (AMU entrance for Engineering) to get admission in Engineering Faculty.Cutoff ranges around 45 above for internal and 60 above for external.

Talking about the placements, there is a dedicated training and placement office which is actively helping students get placed and make their careers. Placements for mass communication wing is good and improving a lot. Also, students need to be aware of their part for the opportunities they get while covering the studies. Best of luck.

Jamia has a very good department for commerce and business studies but having studied in both DU and Jamia, I think DU provides you with more exposure. The curriculum in Jamia is quite old and there is no industry interference in studies unlike that in DU. Therefore, I would suggest you to go to DU instead of Jamia if you have both the options in hand.
